When it is open, you feel - free to let emotions flow
- open to intimacy
- passionate
- lively
- free to express your sexuality
When it is under-active (blocked chakras), you feel - stiff
- unemotional
- have a "poker face"
- not very open to people
When it is over-active, you feel- emotional all the time
- emotionally attached to people
- very sexual
The main emotion that blocks this is guilt
