Toxic Energy Body: Sources of Toxins

 

There are two sources of toxins that impact your physical body:

  1. internal sources
  2. external sources

INTERNAL SOURCES

On the homepage, I mentioned that both psychological factors and psychic factors could "add" toxins to a person's energy body.

Those are addressed on other pages.

You can find those by using the links in the previous sentence, or the buttons (to the left), or the links at the bottom of the page.

A third internal source of toxins is your genetic history. There is growing evidence that issues in your family of origin will impact your genetic makeup (at the DNA level!) and will be passed down through generations.

I wonder if this is the origin of the concept:
... God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on the third and the fourth generations... Exodus 20 (5)

However, I don't personally believe that god would do this, but I am convinced that a major issue experienced by your great-great-great-great-grandparent could become part of the genetic makeup of succeeding generations.

NOT inevitable, but very possible...

Toxic Energy Body: Removing toxins

 



Toxic energy healing therapy:  ridding your body of toxins...

  1. Visit a medical professional and follow the advice given. In cases where the symptoms are acute, this is really good advice.
    I do this, personally, whenever I am in acute distress. 
    When might this occur?  Here's my personal approach... when I have an infection I see an MD.  I know there are significant issues around the indiscriminate use of antibiotics... however when I have severe infectious problems (my lungs are especially vulnerable), I want antibiotics.
    This website does NOT go into details about this traditional medical-model approach... I'm not a medical professional, so I don't care to give advice. (Actually, I don't DARE to give advice in this area!)
  2. Use a gentle cleanse with substantial nutritional flooding of the body.  This works best with chronic toxic situations.
    When might this occur?  Here's my personal approach... since I KNOW that I have accumulations of toxins from a multitude of sources, I follow a 30 day cleanse with nutritional support program once every 6 months.
    At present, I do NOT have symptoms that would indicate that I have toxic energy problems with one specific organ, or one specific toxic source.  However, I have listed (scroll down) a wide range of body organs, plus a wide range of common toxins, and linked those to other web-pages where you can check out specific routines of cleansing for each.
  3. Follow a vigorous exercise or sweating routine. Once you start breathing hard and/or sweating, both the perspiration and exhalations are ridding your body of toxins.
    When might this occur?  Any vigorous exercising will work.  Although I can't vouch for this (I don't like the extreme heat), I understand that saunas and steam baths are also capable of ridding the body of toxins.
From personal experience, I find that the cleanse plus nutrition is the optimum toxic energy healing therapy for a toxic body.

Toxic Energy Body: Organ system links

Organ systems are composed of two or more different organs that work together to provide a common function. There are 10 major organ systems in the human body.

Skeletal System: provides support for the body, to protect delicate internal organs and to provide attachment sites for the organs.  It is made up of

  • bones
  • artilage
  • tendons and
  • ligaments.

Muscular System: provides movement. Muscles work in pairs to move limbs and provide the organism with mobility. Muscles also control the movement of materials through some organs, such as the stomach and intestine, and the heart and circulatory system. It is made up of

  • skeletal muscles and
  • smooth muscles.

Circulatory System: transports nutrients, gases (such as oxygen and CO2), hormones and wastes through the body. It is made up of

  • heart
  • blood vessels and
  • blood

Nervous System: relays electrical signals through the body. The nervous system directs behaviour and movement and, along with the endocrine system, controls physiological processes such as digestion, circulation, etc. It is made up of

  • brain
  • spinal cord and
  • peripheral nerves.

Respiratory System: provides gas exchange between the blood and the environment. Primarily, oxygen is absorbed from the atmosphere into the body and carbon dioxide is expelled from the body. It is made up of

  • nose
  • trachea and
  • lungs.

Digestive System: breaks down and absorbs nutrients that are necessary for growth and maintenance. It is made up of

  • mouth
  • esophagus
  • stomach
  • small intestine
  • large intestine

Excretory System: filters out cellular wastes, toxins and excess water or nutrients from the circulatory system. It is made up of

  • kidneys
  • ureters
  • bladder and
  • urethra

Endocrine System: relays chemical messages through the body. In conjunction with the nervous system, these chemical messages help control physiological processes such as nutrient absorption, growth, etc. It is made up of

  • hypothalamus
  • pituitary
  • thyroid
  • pancreas and
  • adrenal glands.

Reproductive System:

  1. Female reproductive system manufactures eggs and provides food for babies. It is made up of
    • ovaries
    • oviducts
    • uterus
    • vagina and
    • mammary glands.

  2. Male reproductive system manufactures sperm to inseminate eggs. It is made up of
    • testes
    • seminal vesicles and
    • penis.

Lymphatic/Immune System: destroys and removes invading microbes and viruses from the body. The lymphatic system also removes fat and excess fluids from the blood. It is made up of

  • lymph
  • lymph nodes and vessels
  • white blood cells
  • T-cells and
  • B-cells.
